The Wasserman's Christmas 2001 Letter
![]()
We carry on with our involvement with the Torch Prison Ministry for the youthful offenders. The Faithful Friends Nursing Home Ministry Website keeps growing in helping to equip those caring for the elderly.
Our travels took us to Michigan for nephew Scott’s wedding, Charleston, SC, for Thanksgiving with Larry’s sister & family, and Gatlinburg for a quick visit with Sean & Angie.
Sean has accepted a new job as Director of Worship with a youth ministry in Johnson City, TN called Ground Zero. He is also working on a contract with a Christian Music Production Company. They plan to move in the spring, when Angie will seek a job in her new status as Registered Certified Nurse.
Matt & Steph moved into their new home in August, and adopted our first grandpuppy, a beagle named Sammy. Matt is now a sales manager with Lance and Steph continues to progress in her job as a planner at Craven County.
Adam surprised Nikki with a party on her 25th Birthday. He still works for a Coffee distributor, and Nikki still loves her teaching position at a private school.
Larry’s son, Scott, continues to do well in management for Evend.net, while his wife, Vicki, is still working at art restoration for the Winterthur Museum.
Sandy’s Mom, Selma, is now 88 and enjoying herself at The Inn in Holland.
As we celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, we hope that you will find the True Peace that passes understanding. Although we are currently at war, that peace can be found in the hearts of those who claim Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We encourage you at this special time to evaluate His Claims. Wise men truly do still seek Him!
Have a Blessed Christmas and a Joyus New Year!
