Faithful Friends is a Christian Ministry providing encouragement and support for those caring for the elderly and the infirm in nursing and convalescent homes, and assisted living facilities.

For the past fifteen years our Faithful Friends Nursing Home Ministry has been visiting convalescent facilities in the South Florida and Raleigh, NC area. We would like to share our experiences, newsletter, and materials with other groups and individuals with a heart for nursing home ministry.

We maintain a comprehensive web site on the internet, which includes how to get started, printable resources, references, related links, and the "Love Notes" Online Newsletter. This site is regularly updated and our newsletter contains lots of useful information. A monthly drawing gives away valuable nursing home ministry materials. Information about other related organizations such as The SonShine Society is also provided.

Almost anyone of any age can participate in nursing home ministry. Only a concern for the elderly and a desire to provide Christian care giving is required. The residents are just sitting there, waiting for you to visit.
