I am an activity specialist at the Orange County Department of Residential Health Care Services in Goshen, New York. I also love my job. The residents, which I am blessed to work with, are all very special to me.

They live in an area of the facility designed to meet the needs of persons with Alzhiemers Disease. I am very lucky to have the opportunity to plan as well as implement recreational activities for these individuals. We do so many fun things like taking community outings, participating in the Octiganiarian Olympics, providing our opinions to community businesses about products they have on the market, just to name a few.

We even have several pets that live in our facility, so we have pet therapy every day. I am very thankful to be in the position I am in. I feel that God has given me the special opertunity to learn from many wonderful people who have certainly lived through many, many years.
